Please stop continuing to remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Bob Singh Dhillon, without resolving the problem that the template refers to. This may be considered disruptive editing. Further edits of this type may result in your account being blocked from editing. this edit misleads [1] with "Reference changes" - have you declared your connection with the subject per WP:COI ? I see you're a new account (an WP:SPA), but clearly have more experience than a beginner. Can you explain? Widefox; talk 17:01, 14 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Undisclosed paid editing[edit]

Hello Dustinrennie. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to Black hat SEO.
