[[[:Image:Panther1.jpeg|Panther1.jpeg]][edit]

Hello, Dynamicknowledge24. Do you believe the image Image:Panther1.jpeg belongs to the African American article? The image licensing says that it can only be used "for identification and critical commentary on the film and its contents", what I don't think is the case in that article.

Also, consider usind Edit Summaries when changing articles, specially when you're undoing someone else's work. Best regards, --Abu Badali 21:04, 20 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

African American edits[edit]

Thank you for your patience demonstrated in your recent edits, as well as your desire to avoid an edit war. I have the following post on the AA talk page; I would very much like your participation in the talk, as I am the one who made those edits to which you are objecting.

    • One of the problems with this article is the unwillingness of parties to discuss the subject material on the talk page. I have waited three weeks for comments on this topic, and there was none. So I went ahead and made the changes. Now I don't have a monopoly on truth. If someone believes that there are factual errors in these nomenclature edits, then let's discuss it. As to the subheadings, I really don't care. I thought those made it easier to read and follow. I ask that Badagnani, Dynamicknowledge24, and any other parties please quit just calling for use of the discussion page, and rather, actually use it yourselves. I look forward to your comments. Unschool

Hey Friend[edit]

I'm truly glad to hear you enjoyed my addition to the article. Feel free to add any prominent african-american faces you find suitable to the collage. But - if I may have a little wish of my own - please don't remove Shakur from the collage, I find him to be one of the last true black political activists in modern time. Holla =D Bosoni

African Americans[edit]

Hey!...that would be a great idea, count me in! =D But I'll have to warn you, I'm really busy and won't be able to help much at all =(. But regarding your question on the collage, I simply inverted the pictures separately to paint and placed them together hehe - then I saved the file as ".jpg" to my computer and uploaded it on wikipedia, thereafter I placed it into the ethnic group template =D.. Peace! Bosoni
