Article space vs. user space[edit]

Hello! Eric B. Whitehead is not the appropriate spot to post information about yourself, because that's the encyclopedic part of the Wikipedia website. User:Ebw2007, however, is all yours to use more or less as you wish. Please see Wikipedia:Introduction and Wikipedia:User page for more information. A tag has been placed on Eric B. Whitehead, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be a biographical account about a person, group of people, or band, but it does not indicate how or why he/she/they is/are notable. If you can indicate why Eric B. Whitehead is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:Eric B. Whitehead. Any admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. You might also want to read our general biography criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that admins should wait a while for you to assert his/her/their notability, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and then immediately add such an assertion. It is also a very good idea to add citations from reliable sources to ensure that your article will be verifiable. Regards, Accurizer 02:55, 2 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:Edubb.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Edubb.jpg. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 03:05, 2 June 2006 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Elkland, Pennsylvania, you will be blocked from editing. Ruhrfisch ><>°° 18:52, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
