Wikipedia and copyright[edit]
Hello EdYuan, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your addition to Victor L. Butterfield has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. Discussion on recent edit to List of Nobel laureates affiliated with Cornell University page[edit]
The Baker lectureship is a six-week residency where the individual gives a series of lectures. They are not really a member of the Cornell faculty, and, in my opinion, shouldn't really be counted in Cornell's Nobel Prize count. If that was the case, we would also add William Bragg, George Paget Thomson, Linus Pauling, George de Hevesy, Robert S. Mulliken, Gerhard Herzberg, Herbert C. Brown, Rudolph A. Marcus, Ryoji Noyori, Kurt Wuthrich, etc. I think it is misleading to include these individuals as Cornell-affiliate Nobel winners. Cornell2010 (talk) 04:38, 9 March 2016 (UTC)
