"Single Ladies" won the 2009 BET Awards Video of the Year. In addition, it was nominated for a total of nine awards at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, and ultimately won the award for Video of the Year, and an additional two awards as well, though its loss in the Best Female Video category to Taylor Swift's "You Belong with Me" led to controversy during the ceremony; Swift's award acceptance speech was interrupted by singer/rapper Kanye West, who grabbed her microphone to declare the "Single Ladies" video as "one of the best videos of all time". When Knowles won the Video of the Year award, she stated, "I remember being 17 years old, up for my first MTV award with Destiny's Child, and it was one of the most exciting moments in my life" and that she would like for Swift to "come out and have her moment".[47][48][49][50]

Hello, Efe. I am not sure why you put the above in the Music video section; all that stuff (above) is a clear a Cultural impact matter in my view. The Music video section is about the making of the music video, with the brief mentions of when it was released and it becoming a viral sensation. Other than briefly mentioning there that it became a viral sensation, I am not seeing why these incidents which resulted from the music video's popularity should be there instead of in the Cultural impact section where all the other incidents that resulted from the video's popularity (including its viral sensation popularity) are, which is why I put it back there. Do you feel strongly about this information being in the Music video section instead? If so, why? Flyer22 (talk) 07:01, 15 October 2009 (UTC)

If you feel it was a mistake, kindly return it to its right place. Thank you Flyer. --Efe (talk) 11:53, 15 October 2009 (UTC)

Since you fixed this article up and protected it before, would you not mind keeping a lookout for the IP who recently responded to me about this article on my talk page? I would also appreciate your assistance in responding to this IP there (on my talk page)...if you would not mind it. Flyer22 (talk) 22:22, 10 November 2009 (UTC)

Thanks you have informed the project page and please drop messages to involved users. I am having my OJT so I really don't have enough time to respond to the concerns raised at FLRC. Thanks Cheetah. --Efe (talk) 11:30, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

Date formats after autoformatting

Looking at this edit and subsequent, could you please explain why you converted an article on a British Commonwealth subject to American date formatting. You claim "consistency", but looking at the article before and after your edits, it is clear that you changed the majority of dates in the article from one format to another. --Pete (talk) 23:10, 10 December 2009 (UTC)

Yes. I was right with consistency, but I was not aware that time that British format was diff from American. My apology. I think that was fixed long ago. Cheers. --Efe (talk) 09:49, 11 December 2009 (UTC)

Hey there!

Hey Efe, how you doing? Well, I'm wondering if you could check this out and tell me if it wouldn't have any problem by becoming a future article. See if everything is alright—sources, notability and stuff—because I don't appreciate AFDs too much, particularly if are articles that I created and expanded by myself, and in this case I'm not too sure.
Take the time you want and thanks in advance. :) Sparks Fly 01:32, 20 December 2009 (UTC)
