A Note of Lunar eclipse

[edit]

Well the power or the W W W ! Hello, Michael in Sunny,Hot ArizonaUSA. I just was wandering through User_talk, the Welcomepage, etc. I am new to Wiki, and have been editting pages, like on the British Mus. Rosetta Stone, also the Epic of Gilgamesh. If you look, you'll see I have been busy in the previous 2 + 5 years (of Study, Wikipedia 2 mos). The Akkadian in the Epic is Tuff, but I saw stuff from Afghan. during our U.S. war that was from the Amarna letters, from 1350 BC. And did u know that Mecca has a Meteorite in it. The word meteorite is used 10 times in Epic of G. Chp 1, 2 times in chapter 2. Mrs. Kovacs translation is wonderfull, You should read what it says about the Meteorite: starting line 125, " and some kind of meteorite(?) of Anu fell next to me, I tried to lift it, but it was too mighty for me, I tried to turn it over but I could not budge it (IRON), The Land of Uruk was standing around it,...and kissed its feet as if it were a little baby(?), I loved it and embraced it as a wife." Anyway Mecca is a Meteorite.(It was sacred before the Muslims.)

At the Talk:Lunar eclipse I entered a note about Piankhi 1074-1070 BC, a Kush-ite pharaoh who went north to the Nile delta. on returning he wrote a 40 -page autobiography on a stela and a lunar eclipse is mentioned. Maybe You can assist a friend find out about the lunar eclipses from 1074-1070, and what season ? The translation is in the James Henry Breasted. see the Talk, Lunar eclipse. Anyhow.... Hello from Arizona, (Also coolname: ElastiGirl ! ) this is Michael McAnnis...Mmcannis 19:27, 1 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
