Articles from The Times and The Scotsman would be excellent sources. If you can, please use the {{cite news}} template for the reference. Let me know if you need any further help. – ukexpat (talk) 13:32, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the message. I see you have added references by way of external links in the body of the text. That's not really the way to do it. I will clean it up a little using <ref>.....</ref> tags so you can see what I mean. Ideally one should use the {{cite news}} template, but the bare links will be OK for now. – ukexpat (talk) 16:34, 24 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oops, I see that you did use the template, I enclosed them in <ref>.....</ref> tags so that the refs appear in the References section. I moved some of the content around a little to improve the flow. It can probably be moved to the mainspace so let me know if you need help with that. – ukexpat (talk) 16:46, 24 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Posted here: Wikipedia:Requests_for_feedback/2011_April_13#User:Emmasinclair.2FAssociation_of_Management_.26_Professional_Staffs. MatthewVanitas (talk) 16:30, 13 April 2011 (UTC) Hi Mattew, Thanks for the feedback and hope you are well?, I have changed the tone to make it more neutral and less advertorial. Unfortunately they don't have any 3rd party references for notability, they are a bona fide union in the shadows of Unite, could the article become a stub? kind regards Emma[reply]

I have replied to your further request, in Wikipedia:Requests for feedback/2011 May 29#User:Emmasinclair/Association of Management & Professional Staffs. Please note, if you wish to contact MatthewVanitas, you'd need to leave a note on his user talk page, User talk:MatthewVanitas. He's not likely to notice a reply left here, unless notified.
Same goes for me; if you have follow-up questions, please leave me a note on User talk:Chzz.
The best way to contact Chzz is IRC (text-chat), here  · Second-best is my talk page · Third-best is email Chzz@live.co.uk
