Ways to improve Peggy Sastre

[edit]

Hi, I'm Kudpung. Englike, thanks for creating Peggy Sastre!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. To avoid possible deletion, please provide more sources. In its current cast, this article does not meet our requirement for for WP:BLP. Please note that the English Wikipedia is independent of the French Wikipedia. It is unlikely that our editors would proceed with a translation any time soon.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

@Kudpung: What can I do when there's nothing about her in English? Unfortunately, I can't expand the article. But is this stub greater than mine? Or this one? I can't improve my stub. --Englike (talk) 16:16, 10 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Imieliński passed away in 2010 so we’re just ever so slightly more relaxed, while Thanh Thanh Hiền clearly fails WP:MUSICBIO. I can't answer for the editors who patrolled them though. It doesn't matter what language the sources are, they don't have to be in English but they must be WP:V and WP:RS. Otherwise, although it sounds hard, the best thing to do is err on the side of caution and not publish such short stubs. I'm bilingual English-French and can translate as fast as I can type, but like most people here, only if the article can be correctly sourced. If you need help verifying some French language sources you find, don't hesitate to let me know. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 16:37, 10 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Kudpung: It seems you know the Thai language, in addition. I have to say that it's very difficult to edit WP by means of a mobile phone. No access to a computer now. Later on. I'm sorry. And thanks a lot for your attention. --Englike (talk) 18:24, 10 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
