Speedy deletion nomination of User:ErinaEffe/sandbox
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on User:ErinaEffe/sandbox requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://galleriv58.dk/additional-artists/jan-klein-dk/?lang=en. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Whispering(t) 15:19, 1 August 2019 (UTC)

COI
[edit]You have an obvious conflict of interest, please don't write about yourself, your friends or relatives.
If you are being paid directly or indirectly to write this article, or otherwise have a financial interest, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:ErinaEffe. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=ErinaEffe|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If you are being compensated, please provide the required disclosure. Note that editing with a COI is discouraged, but permitted as long as it is declared. Concealing a COI can lead to a block. Please do not edit further until you respond to this message. Also read the following regarding writing an article
- When you write about a person, you must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that they meet the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the person or an associated organisation, press releases, YouTube, IMDB, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, blogs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the person claims or interviewing them. Note that references should be in-line so we can tell what fact each is supporting, and should not be bare urls
- you must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, with verifiable facts, not opinions or reviews.
- there shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.
- you must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. We require that text posted here can be used, modified and distributed for any purpose, including commercial; text is considered to be copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient.
Before attempting to write an article again, please make sure that the topic meets the notability criteria linked above, and check that you can find independent third party sources. Also read Your first article. You must also reply to the COI request above

A tag has been placed on User:ErinaEffe/sandbox, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

Hi there. Any chance I could get my page back? Am I allowed to rewrite on wikipedia again?

[edit]Thanks for the message on my talk page. Please actually read my first post above, you clearly haven't yet
- Your text is largely unsourced, and although you give some (bare url) links at the bottom, because they are not in-line, we don't know what facts each is supporting.
- Your sources are not independent third-party sources but gallery pages with him talking about his own work. Without proper sources, he can't meet our notability guidelines for artists.
- Some of your text appears to be copyright violations, including of a site marked © Art Point Gallery. For legal reasons we can't accept text that you didn't write yourself.
- The text is promotional and gives opinions rather than facts, eg He started to show his artistic talent at a very young age... defining his own unique style... mainly in reputed galleries and art fairs... Click here to go to KleinKunst.dk... Click here to go to Jan Klein's artworks 2019
- You make unsourced claims that he was a drug addict you can't made unsupported negative claims about living people, that's libellous

ErinaEffe (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
Hi Bbb23. I understand the reasons why I have been blocked. I did look in all the wikipedia's rules and more. I tried to appeal with BrainwashersBackOff to be unblocked. I am trying to be patient but no one is getting back to me, a part a pretty rude user called Ninja something (he wrote on my BrainwashersBackOff' talk page). I understand wikipedia rules and I apologize. First experience so my bad. Although I hope I don't deserve users getting back rudely to me without giving me a proper answer to my questions. So If there can be users being rude and not useful to others, why I do not deserve my account back? What Can I do to make it right? I promise to don't post any article not conforming to wikipedia's stardards. I read on your page you do block many users but you also kindly unblock a few. Any Help about what to do? Please consider to give me my BrainwashersBackOff account back. Thank you. Looking forward hearing from you soon. ErinaEffe (talk) 17:15, 13 August 2019 (UTC)
Decline reason:
If that were the case, you would have not made this appeal to get both accounts unblocked. MER-C 17:32, 13 August 2019 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Hi MER-C. Actually I believe I did specify that I would like my account BrainwashersBackOff to be unblocked. I made a few contributions there. I do not care about this one here although I read that according to the wikipedia policy I need to make an appeal on the main page, that's why I had to re log in this one here. Yet again, is wikipedia a place where users make war to each other or where they help new users to fix issues? Especially since I have been so polite, you can actually read again my post and realize that you misunderstood. So a part judging, any clue on what to do?
ErinaEffe (talk) 17:39, 13 August 2019 (UTC)
- You asked for this account to be unblocked by making the appeal with this account on this page. Secondly, you are also blocked because you have copied and pasted a promotional blurb into Wikipedia, continued to do so after multiple deletions and have done nothing apart from that. In your next appeal, decide on which account you want, then appeal at that talk page explaining what you did wrong, why it was wrong and how you will edit Wikipedia if unblocked. MER-C 20:01, 13 August 2019 (UTC)
MER-C Well, that's what happened but on this account. On the other one I was editing and contributing. If you like to check the chronology/history on my BrainwashersBackOff account you could see I was telling the truth. There, I also tried to write an article which I believe He was saved as draft before to be blocked. Now, if we want to be practicals, there is any way I can erase this account and just trying to get the other one back?
