The whole article must be rewritten from scratch, because it is a copyright violation.

  • The article was a copyright violation of this. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient. But in any case the copyrighted text is far too promotional to be useful for Wikipedia's purposes, so there would not be any point in your jumping through all the hoops that are required. We cannot restore copyrighted text for legal reasons.
  • it did not provide adequate independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Most of the text was reference only to your website (not independent) or not at all.
  • it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: ... a higher quality than the standard requires... Independent and certified authorities check the adherence to the quality requirements.. these excellent products... it was clear that the trademark should be adapted... Quality must always be in the foreground of the message... The mark of quality serves the consumer as a sign it says and guarantees that production methods meet much higher, more selective and more objective quality criteria...

Nomination of South Tyrol quality mark for deletion

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article South Tyrol quality mark is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/South Tyrol quality mark until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
