Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We welcome and appreciate your contributions, such as Mischief City, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. This article appears to be a direct copy from http://www.channelcanada.com/Article494.html?POSTNUKESID=894205273c1811bff8b44409cb44b190, and therefore a copyright violation. - Make a note on the original website that re-use is permitted under the GFDL and state at Talk:Mischief City where we can find that note; or
- Send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions(at)wikimedia(dot)org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL.

Thanks for getting permission for the use of the synopsis for this article. Can I confirm, though, that the permission is an acceptable one for Wikipedia? Remember that permissions must allow both modification and commercial use of the text; we cannot accept anything that is non-commercial only or that requires a specific form of words to be used. As I say on the Talk page for the article, it needs a little editing to conform to the neutral point of view policy, since at the moment it looks a bit like an ad, so if you could confirm that the permission is unrestricted, that would be great. Thanks. Loganberry (Talk) 16:01, 13 October 2006 (UTC)
- Hello again. Please don't put permission notices in the article itself - the Talk page is the place for those. I've also corrected the capitalisation (moved to Roll Play, which is what was already in the body text). Apart from that, it's a reasonable stub now, I think. And I'll assume from now on that anything you post is released under the GFDL and so can be changed at will and has no unacceptable restrictions. (Eg, as mentioned above, the text must be able to be used, even commercially, by anyone complying with the GFDL.) Loganberry (Talk) 00:08, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
Ants In Your Pants (TV series)
[edit]I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Ants In Your Pants (TV series), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. A tag has been placed on Boblins, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Tombomp (talk/contribs) 15:02, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Farzzle's World
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Farzzle's World requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}
) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Foofish (talk) 04:24, 12 May 2011 (UTC)

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag.
