Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Attanakumbura has been reverted.
Your edit here to Attanakumbura was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links in references which are discouraged per our reliable sources guideline. The reference(s) you added or changed (https://mapcarta.com/14847278) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 20:58, 27 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Cyclops Gear, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.  I dream of horses  If you reply here, please ping me by adding {{U|I dream of horses}} to your message  (talk to me) (My edits) @ 21:07, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Just FYI, we have article title guidelines WP:SUBTITLE and WP:CONCISE that suggest omitting subtitles unless they are very short or needed for disambiguation. It is a common misconception that article titles must be the complete and full name of their subject: they need only be commonly recognizable names. I'm not going to revert your reversion, but just know that I don't make changes without reason. Cheers, --Animalparty! (talk) 03:27, 14 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Originally I wrote the article with the title being "Climate of Hope" with "How Cities, Businesses, and Citizens can Save the Planet" for simplicity. The full title is used in the Wikipedia article written about Michael Bloomberg and that why I published it using the full title. I have no objection to shortening the title. Please feel free to do so or let me know if you want me to. Freetheangels (talk) 02:08, 17 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

For the record, I am one person with one account Freetheangels. I think this block is unfair and lacks sufficient evidence and ask you to consider the following. * Yes I created drafts in my userspace before moving them in the mainspace and so have the two other people who accounts are associated with this block but how is this evidence of sockpuppetry? Isn't that just how Wikipedia articles are written they are drafted in userspace and moved to the mainspace. I'm sure there 1000s of others who have done this. * Yes I have contributed to the deletion discussion of articles written by the people associated with this block. But I have also contributed to dozens of other discussions and I have not always said "KEEP". In fact, in one article written by notthesteps I actually thought it was not notable and my comment on that discussion reflects that. * Please use the history feature and look at the userspace of the three accounts associated with this block and you would see that they are very different. Each userspace is set up differently they contain different information and the biggest difference of them all is what article are actually linked to the userspace. My userspace contains articles I was planning to write, articles I wrote and published and article other have written that I was working on. While the two other peoples accounts only contain articles they published. * Please use the contribution feature and look at what topic were written about and what articles each person has contributed to and you would see they are very different from each other. Nor have I contributed to any article they have contributed to. To be fair I want to comment on the promotional content of some of my articles. The fact is that i'm new to Wikipedia and I respect the rules of Wikipedia to the fullest. I try to write my articles to be a neutral and non-promotional as possible but this can be difficult because at the same time I have to establish the subject as notable. There have been one or two articles that never made it off my userspace because I could not find a way to make them less promotional and notable at the same time. Thank you taking the time to read this and I look forward to contributing to Wikipedia in the near future

Decline reason:

The wording of your request strongly suggests to me you do indeed have a conflict of interest and paid editing relationship that you have not declared. Yes, thousands of editors draft articles, but not usually in the exact same manner as if it was coordinated somehow or all done by the same person. I'm not sure if you are one person using multiple accounts, or three people using different accounts at the same location, but either way they are treated the same. I am declining this request. 331dot (talk) 10:12, 8 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Notice

The article Cyclops Gear has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Pretty clear WP:CORPSPAM with COI paid connections. Sources are in passing, routine business as usual, or press releases. Fails WP:NCORP/WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Jon Wanzek, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:30, 1 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Jon Wanzek[edit]

Hello, Freetheangels. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Jon Wanzek".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 20:26, 5 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
