If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Islam in Dagestan requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. That's no problem. In retrospect I should not have created a Dagestan, because although it's a Republic, it's part of the Russian Federation. I also didn't realize it was formally infringing on copyrighted material, since I stated the source from a table. But again, I suppose it was. I'm recompiling all the data, so it's easy to understand. Afterall there's been 17,968 Islamic Terrorist Attacks since September 11, 2011 across the world. It would be too cumbersome to list them all in wiki. Ghanima1971 (talk) 12:34, 7 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

November 2011[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to National debt by U.S. presidential terms with this edit, did not appear to be constructive, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. While you deleted your section on my talk page, I meant to revert this edit. On Wikipedia, you cannot say anything on Wikipedia articles are misleading. Thank you. (Would you mind signing my guestbook?) -Porch corpter (talk/contribs) 06:23, 7 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your page wasn't the place to address my issues. I did find this, but no one has used it for quite a while as far as I can tell. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:National_debt_by_U.S._presidential_terms
I have to admit that although I've played around with html codes, I'm new here. I should have been sure of the format of my edit before I posted it. I might try out your sandbox idea. Ghanima1971 (talk) 12:57, 7 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
