Evasion

[edit]

Hi, how are you? These IP address appears to be Xiaomichel evading the block, same style of changes: [1] and [2]. JacktheBrown (talk) 13:04, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Also these two users: Rusoscal and Pumconi who vandalized the page Capuchino[3] of the Spanish Wikipedia are obvious sockpuppets of Sapsby/Xiaomichel (they wrote practically the exact same things that Sapsby wrote here on the English Wikipedia; as you can clearly see by looking at their only contributions: [4][5]). 87.20.73.154. And he also vandalized the page Café expreso[6] through many IPs; eliminating its Italian origin and trying to transform it into something French... [7] (talk) 16:21, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Precious
Five years!

--Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:13, 5 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wow - five years, really? I remember how chuffed I was when you gave it to me very clearly. :) Girth Summit (blether) 17:40, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion of Ebixcash page

[edit]

This is regarding your deletion of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EbixCash . The page you linked to as a duplicate ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxigen_Services ) has no mention of the name 'ebixcash', and so it is unclear how the two companies are related. I have now edited https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ebix to mention EbixCash as a subsidiary. Do you think it makes sense to create the page again as a redirect to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ebix ? Kishore G (talk) 17:28, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I really couldn't say - I don't know anything about the subjects. This was four years ago now, so I don't remember anything about it, but I just looked at the deleted page and it looks like it was literally a copy/paste from the Oxigen Services as it existed back then - it didn't explain what Ebixcash was, it just replicated all the content of the Oxigen Services article. I don't have a view on the advisability of recreating it as a redirect at this point. Girth Summit (blether) 17:45, 8 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppets are back

[edit]

Hello, Please check this user Alya12345 I suspect he is a sockpupet returning from the former account wordain what they have in common is that they are both interested in the tribes of northeastern India and the northeastern states. The latest edit is in the state of Nagaland who again added the map File:Mong_Mao-the_detail_map.svg to the history article (कड़वी मुस्कान) (talk) 13:34, 17 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
