Explaining[edit]

I patrolled your page. I went through the enormously-backlogged list of newly-created pages and confirmed that your page was okay: not spam, not an attack page, not a copyright violation, not any of the other reasons for which I would delete someone's page without asking. Then I clicked "patrolled" to remove it from the list of "pages that have not yet been patrolled", and moved on to the next entry. That's all. DS (talk) 03:38, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I try to do every page in userspace. I'm sure I miss a bunch for various reasons. Note that 'page' is not the same as 'account'. DS (talk) 04:13, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
In principle, all new pages get patrolled. In practice... well, we try. It was your userpage, by the way. It's necessary, because some people abuse userpages and those need to be deleted. DS (talk) 12:14, 20 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
