Speedy deletion nomination of Shelly the hamster[edit]

Hello, Grayson4949

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Shelly the hamster for deletion, because it seems to be vandalism or a hoax.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Grayson4949. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 05:15, 13 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Grayson4949,
You should not write about yourself, your relatives, your friends or any of their pets. Wikipedia is not a place to play or for jokes it's about creating and maitaining referenced articles about notable subject. I think your content would be better shared on your own blog or social media. It's not appropriate for this platform and most likely will always be deleted.
If you have questions, please bring them to the Teahouse. Thanks. Liz Read! Talk! 05:18, 13 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
