Diannaa, I am the owner of the copyright material you removed from my wiki William Helm article. I have sent an permission email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org. Once permission has been granted, will you restore my edits? Thanks, Greg Henderson (talk) 4:41 pm, 9 Sep 2017 (PST)
The content can be restored as soon as the email is received and processed by the OTRS team. This process could take a while as they are experiencing backlogs. Another alternative is to place a notice on the source web page using the instructions at WP:DONATETEXT. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 12:33, 10 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Greg Henderson, Apologies for the delay; your other email didn't get allocated to me in the queue. I've located it now and have updated the Wikipedia article talkpage accordingly. Text from the page <http://www.hendersonfamilytree.com/helm2.html> can now be used on Wikipedia (as well as elsewhere). Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with this release, and apologies again that it took so long at our end. Yours sincerely, Yun Shui
