File permission problem with File:ZaZaZoZo Voodoo at Paradiso.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:ZaZaZoZo Voodoo at Paradiso.jpg, which you've attributed to Melanie Bonajo. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

The references given are either PRIMARY (mainly interviews), picture galleries, or the brief bios given by a gallery when an artist is showing their work. Please add additional independent reliable sources that discuss the subject in detail. The "Awards" section needs to be referenced, and to elaborate on Focus' comments earlier, the "Selected Works" section could really use a trimming (try to narrow it down to gallery shows/works/etc that have received media coverage). Also, there's a bit of FLOWERY language going on in the sections discussing her work. For example, "a fusion of modern, domestic tools and the naked female body, paired harmoniously..." - what does this even mean? Who said it? If a particular news piece gives a florid description of her work, then you should reference that piece. Otherwise, give "just the facts" as it were.
