I Nominate Irfan Amin Malik for did you know [1] will you please check what I have to do now.

thanks in advance --HamzhaSaleem (talk) 16:42, 17 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hooks are missing but nevermind that: the nomination cannot succeed because the article is currently well below the bare minimum length of 1500 characters, see Wikipedia:Did you know#Eligibility criteria. 78.28.44.31 (talk) 18:12, 17 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Edit count farming[edit]

This series of useless edits to your user page is edit farming. If you are trying to game extended-confirmed status, that is not allowed. DanCherek (talk) 15:24, 19 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Toddy1. Please read MOS:OVERLINK. Your edit to Shujaat Bukhari added links to Kashmir (twice), journalist, newspaper, and organization. These are useless links in the context of the article.-- Toddy1 (talk) 09:34, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

ok thanks Toddy1 for guidance it was my mistake I apologise for it

With respect of updating {{Service award progress|year=2020|month=07|day=8|edits=154}}, it is best to update it after every 1,000 edits or so. If you have done 1,900 edits, leave it as saying 1,000 until you have done 2,000.-- Toddy1 (talk) 09:44, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

sure thanks I hope you will guide me here as I need mentors. Toddy1 --HamzhaSaleem (talk) 09:49, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Tips[edit]

Hello friend. Couple of tips for you. 1) Per WP:NPP, you should wait 15 minutes after an article is created before you tag for deletion. 2) When you add a birthdate for a living person, you must also add a citation to a reliable source. Per WP:BLP, birthdates are private information unless they are widely published. 3) When tagging short descriptions, it is a good idea to put the person's nationality too. For example: Indian journalist rather than just journalist. 4) It is not a good idea to use the generic {{db}} CSD tag, as those are usually rejected. A more specific criteria should be used. The criteria are listed at WP:CSD. Hope that helps. –Novem Linguae (talk) 10:34, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

ok got it thank you appreciated User:Novem Linguae --HamzhaSaleem (talk) 12:11, 22 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
