There are two problems here.

One is that the material you want to put onto Wikipedia is already published on another website AND that website has a copyright tag on it. That copyright is not for an individual but for an organisation. As a single individual you cannot override that organisation's copyright claim.

The other problem is simply that the huge list of dermatological diseases does not belong in an encyclopaedia article. It doesn't fit Wikipedia's manual of style. Earlier @Materialscientist pointed you to WP:NOTLIST and you should read and understand that.

Wikipedia does have list articles and I think you'll find that just about all the diseases on your list are already listed at List of skin conditions, with each one linked to an encyclopaedic article on the subject. first thing , list of skin diseases you offered me with all respect not represent 10 percent of skin diseases,, i am dermatologists and research assisstant and know what i say exactly so when you say wikipedia so encyclopedia list of all skin diseases should be included and not something except that..

second point ,the only person has copyright in this issue is me , i put my work in book and uploaded it on mediafire ,archive.net.,research gate,it is my material and spent 2 years collecting and organizing them , so i am the one who decide where to put them .., i didnt make money from that , i made it for educational aim only and because i love wikipedia since i was 8 years and dreamed of making contribution to it when i grow and that is the chance ^_^
