UTRS appeal #80191-- whale dreck

If user is going to use a form letter to request unblock, he should fill it out completely and not leave instructions in the request. In reviewing his edits, I think adding spam to the WP:REFUND request was an amazing thing to do.-- Deepfriedokra (talk) 07:46, 21 October 2023 (UTC)
