The article Tsewang Gyaltson has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

Thanks for your message on my talk page. The second "reference" you added was correctly formatted so you are able to do that correctly. However, wikipedia itself is not acceptable as a reference, it can only be used as a link. I have fixed that up on the article for you. What you need is things like newspaper articles that talk about the person. I have found two and added them to the article so you can see how to do it, but if you can find some more that would be very helpful. You still need one that talks about the 2016 IIHF Challenge Cup.
