This musician, Hossein Rezaeenia, has Persian Wikipedia. The content and sources are the same as Persian Wikipedia for himself, so why Persian submission of biography is accepted and published for public, but this submission which is the same as Persian Wikipedia is not accepted? the Persian link of his Wikipedia biography is:

Hello. It is about 2 weeks that I have sent my last message on 17 April. my last re-submission is not reviewed yet and no comment for it, as this musician has Persian Wikipedia and the sources and content which i have listed in my English re submission is as the same as his Persian Wikipedia, so why this English article has not been accepted, but the Persian one has been accepted? and I am waiting for answer but there is no reply yet,because we need this English article to be published as the same as Persian one, and also we need it for our job. I've moved the article to Draft:Hossein Rezaeenia, as it's poorly formatted and promotional, and needs extensive work before it can be in article space, if at all.
