Request reason:

Hi, I was blocked because I have used the same IP as Rolandi+, a blocked user. It isn't fair as I'm not a sock of Rolandi+. My Internet provider is Albtelecom which changes user's IPs frequently. Can you please, if possible, unblock me?

Decline reason:

Several aspects of your editing scream out "typical block-evading sockpuppet". Purely on the basis of editing behaviour, I would be pretty sure that this was a sockpuppet, whether of Rolandi+ or of some other account. When I see that a CheckUser has determined that there is technical evidence too, it is beyond reasonable doubt. (And, incidentally, CheckUsers look at more than just IP addresses. No competent CheckUser would block merely because two accounts had used the same dynamic IP address, without other evidence.) If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
