Speedy deletion nomination of User:IJPR.SBMU/sandbox

A tag has been placed on User:IJPR.SBMU/sandbox requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://ijpr.sbmu.ac.ir/.
