Speedy deletion nomination of S-Paint

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged S-Paint for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

In this case, the page makes no claims of genuine notability in what we consider for articles and simply existing or being known in its specific field in not convincing either; as for future articles, it immensely helps to use WP:AFC instead; as for this article, there's no shown independent coverage suggesting a convincing article.
