Hello Ifeomanwaka. In case others have not precisely explained why the article gets deleted (and I cannot look at the deleted pages as a non-administrator), it's important for the article to cite sources independent of the subject that demonstrate notability (WP:BLPRS, WP:CITE, WP:BLPN). Even when an article is in a seminal, incomplete state, it's always a good idea to list the sources so that patrollers can see them. If those are lacking, it is difficult to write a neutral article or to provide even basic material about the person.
