Hello!

[edit]

Hey there, Ilovesims2! I noticed that you used at least two of my userboxes on your userpage. Thanks! By the way, I'm a Christian too. It's always nice to see another one out there. What denomination are you (if any)? I'm a Non-Denominational Protestant myself.

Reading through your list of userboxes, two things jumped out at me. First, I noticed that you support safe sex. I hope I don't sound offensive, as that's not my intention, but I'm curious as to how you support that with the Bible. The second thing was that you support Madonna; I've never really listened to her music, but do you know what she stands for? I've heard that in some of her concerts she gos through a mock crucifixion. Personally, I wouldn't want to listen to music by people who mock my Savior. And plus she's done many other un-Christian-like things, too.

By the way, did you know that there's a whole "wiki" that's devoted entirely to Christianity? It's called WikiChristian.

God bless! -- P.B. Pilhet / Talk 19:53, 21 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Survey

[edit]

Hi Ilovesims2!

I have put together a survey for female editors of Wikipedia (and related projects) in order to explore, in greater detail, women's experiences and roles within the Wikimedia movement. It'd be wonderful if you could participate!

It's an independent survey, done by me, as a fellow volunteer Wikimedian. It is not being done on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation. I hope you'll participate!

Just click this link to participate in this survey, via Google!

Any questions or concerns, feel free to email me or stop by my user talk page. Also, feel free to share this any other female Wikimedians you may know. It is in English, but any language Wikimedia participants are encouraged to participate. I appreciate your contributions - to the survey and to Wikipedia! Thank you!
