Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited IP camera, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page P2P (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:19, 30 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Google LLC

[edit]

Is there any reason why you're doing this? It's unnecessary, plus it's also a retroactive change on products and services established when Google was not a limited liability company. ViperSnake151  Talk  15:22, 5 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Google LLC

custommesage-wikiuser-plaintext-1

Hi, is it necessary to go and edit every single Google developed app page on Wikipedia and add LLC? Please stop unless you have a good enough reason. Thanks!

Information icon Hello, I'm Jeh. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Windows 10 have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help Desk. Thanks. Jeh (talk) 08:03, 23 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Your addition of spaces around use of the nsmdns template was incorrect. nsmdns generates an emdash. Per MOS:DASH we never use spaces around an emdash. Nonspaced emdash, or spaced endash, but never spaced emdash. Nor was there any point in changing {{nbsp}} to  . Jeh (talk) 08:07, 23 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

MOS

[edit]

Please don't add spaces around section titles where there were none before. Per MOS:HEAD, the spaces are optional and ignored; per WP:MOS we don't change optional style without a good reason.

Please don't add periods at the ends of sentence fragments in a photo caption, per WP:CAPFRAG. Kendall-K1 (talk) 04:57, 29 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.

The edit summary field looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary, and then click the "Save" button. Baidu

[edit]

Hi - please don't make changes based on the pronunciations given on Baidu (as you did at Om mani padme hum), as it's not a reliable source at all. The correct reading for in this context is is hōng, not hòng, as given in 《漢語大字典》 (Hanyu Da Zidian). Theknightwho (talk) 22:33, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
