The article Ken Boyd (Politician) has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. WuhWuzDat 18:38, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not make statements attacking people or groups of people. Wikipedia has a strict policy against personal attacks. Attack pages and images are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images in violation of our biographies of living persons policy will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Thank you.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia. However, please know that editors do not own articles and should respect the work of their fellow contributors on User:IwantCLEANwater/article. If you create or edit an article, know that others are free to change its content. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from User:IwantCLEANwater/article, a page you have created yourself. If you do not believe the page should be deleted, you can place a {{hangon}} tag on the page, under the existing speedy deletion tag (please do not remove the speedy deletion tag), and make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. - SDPatrolBot (talk) 18:50, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not for polemic and political attacks

[edit]

You are in the wrong place for what you are trying to do. You need to read the policy on WP:Biographies of living persons which includes:

Contentious material about living persons that is unsourced or poorly sourced—whether the material is negative, positive, neutral, or just questionable—should be removed immediately and without waiting for discussion.

Also

Personal attacks are not permitted even in user space, and if you continue to post them you will be blocked from editing without further warning. JohnCD (talk) 18:55, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add unreferenced or poorly referenced information, especially if controversial, to articles or any other page on Wikipedia about living persons. Thank you. WuhWuzDat 18:55, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm notbwriting a personal attack. I'm writing an informative article about a local political figure which will included plenty of sources once I am done. If you would let me post the article on my user space and slowly work on expanding it to include information and sources? IwantCLEANwater (talk) 19:42, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Account blocked

[edit]
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

So let me get this straight. First you block me for having a bad username, I go to the change username page and it says to just create a new account if you don't have many edits and want a new username. I do so and now the new account gets blocked because of the now abandoned account? IwantCLEANwater (talk) 19:56, 28 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Its clear that you're here to make some kind of political point, which is totally contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. If you want to write that kind of thing, start a blog, but Wikipedia's policies on living persons and neutrality are not optional. Request reason:

So then why do you need another reason? Don't accuse me of "abusing" multiple accounts when it's clear i just followed instructions on your instructions page! Also, I am not here to make. Political point. Rather, I am here to decimate completely sourced information in am ultimately neutral manner, although it may have not seemed so at first. (I should have read the policies first, but now I understand them and will follow them.IwantCLEANwater (talk) 20:10, 28 January 2011 (UTC)

Decline reason:

If your intention is to decimate sourced, neutral information, then either you have deeply misunderstood the rules or you are profoundly misusing the word 'decimate.' Either way, you haven't been specific about what edits you're planning to make, so it isn't possible for me to evaluate whether they would be useful to the encyclopedia or not- there's nothing here for me to review.
