Information icon Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits while logged out. Making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting. A tag has been placed on File:Europe Day Armenia.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Map warning[edit]

Hi. The map that you re-added contains original research and improper synthesis. EU's definition of which country it considers as "European" has not been formally defined and membership in Council of Europe has nothing to do with the EU. But even by the definition of the Council of Europe (hypothetically), the map is missing Russia, a Council of Europe member, and would be thus incorrect anyway. The EU recognized the "European perspective" of Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.[1] Potential future EU membership of other post-Soviet states are still up to formal future decisions and connecting this with membership in the Council of Europe constitutes improper synthesis, thus conclusions such as the concerned map are pure speculation. If you re-add the map, it will be removed as vandalism without further comment. Consider using File:Further European Union Enlargement.svg instead - this map is accurate. Have a good day!--Concus Cretus (talk) 01:21, 18 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Or consider the File:EU-candidate countries map.svg which seems to be the same as the contested one, but without the WP:SYNTH category "membership possibe". I also suggest you read WP:MINOR closely and avoid marking edits as minor when they are not. Regards! --T*U (talk) 10:00, 18 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Tidy, and then again: Minor[edit]

Good that you have added a source for your "Partner cities" additions, but unfortunately the link was corrupt in the article Khanty-Mansiysk (which I have fixed) and at least one other article I checked. Maybe you will fix the others? Also, the note should preferably have a title to avoid the ugly red "Missing or empty |title= " in the reference list.

I have asked you to read WP:MINOR in order to learn how to and how not to use minor marking. You are still marking far to many edits as minor. As an example, the adding of a reference as in the case of the "Partner cities" additions is never a minor edit, as stated in the section "When not to mark as minor changes". Also: If there was a message or a deeper meaning in the fact that you did not mark the edit where you reverted my edit here, but marked all the other virtually identical edits as minor, that message/meaning has escaped me. Anyway: Please take WP:MINOR seriously. The guideline is there for a reason. --T*U (talk) 19:27, 18 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding this edit, one entry in WP:MINOR in the section "When not to mark as minor changes" says Adding or removing visible tags or other templates in an article. --T*U (talk) 19:27, 19 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
