You are editing the same types of articles as that other blocked account and John Lemar is a CE student. Please be aware that evading a block by creating another account is grounds for additional blocking. --seav (talk) 16:03, 9 March 2009 (UTC)

Do you have any understanding at all why you were blocked in the first place, and why your request to be unblocked is denied multiple times? Using this second account just to evade the block in your first account without correcting the problems in the first place would likely lead to blocking this second account and banning you, whatever account you use, from editing Wikipedia. Do you understand that? --seav (talk) 02:14, 11 March 2009 (UTC)

For your question why I suspected that it was you, I've been contributing to Wikipedia long enough to recognize the signs. The chances that a completely unrelated person will immediately edit pages about Valenzuela City (especially History of Valenzuela City) and calculus (especially antiderivative) without doing experimental edits first, is a CE student, and edits soon after the other account was blocked is very, very, very small. In short, you gave yourself away. --seav (talk) 02:03, 12 March 2009 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for File:IskWiki! mainpage march2009.png

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:IskWiki! mainpage march2009.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — neuro(talk) 15:32, 11 March 2009 (UTC)

Blocked

Since you have admitted (User_talk:Seav#Good_day.) that this account is an attempt to evade the block on your previous account User:Johnlemartirao, and especially as you have continued to edit in the same manner as the first account was blocked for (edit-warring, creating non-notable items, failure to communicate with other editors) I have blocked this account as well. (Note for any unblocking admin; User:I heart CE! was renamed to User:The Wandering Traveler.)

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for block evasion (User:Johnlemartirao). If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below. Black Kite 12:38, 14 March 2009 (UTC)

My message to User:Black Kite

Hello. I hope you do fine. I want to know how should I do to prevent my account from blocking such as the following conditions you given to me: edit-warring, creating non-notable items, failure to communicate with other editors. I admitted the matter to User:Seav for the essence of honesty not to further evade my identity, but I was totally caught meaning I gave myself away to him. That is why I am very sorry for this.

Please explain to me what should I do in order for my account to become active again. I know on my previous account that I am already blocked, but how can I manage to communicate with others, if even on their talk pages, I cannot say a message because I can't edit? Let me defend myself first. I cannot remember that I did edit war, I only made edit war to Valenzuela City because your edit there ruins the whole article. Another is in the article for the 14th Dalai Lama, in order to restore for the vandalled page and ask for semi-protection. Over and over again, I am not evading a block, in fact, I tried myself to become good and honest Wikipedian, because this is an opportunity for me to build knowledge.

And for the case of IskWiki!, tell me sir, how can I manage to edit the article for 5 days, if I myself cannot able to edit it because I am blocked?

Please help me understand everything sir, and tell me what should I do. I am user:The wandering traveler. Thanks and God bless for every one.

  • I would probably not have blocked you other than (a) you don't understand why you're being disruptive, and (b) you don't seem to understand that being blocked doesn't mean you can just create another account.
  • Continually creating non-notable articles such as List of officials of Valenzuela City, 2007–2010, and then edit-warring to keep them in the articles, or edit-warring over template placement like you did with Template:Valenzuela Infobox, will eventually get you blocked. Articles on towns and cities don't need a list of officials because, in general, these people tend not to be notable. If they're notable, then you could create articles for them, but a list of officials breaks our guidelines (see WP:NOT#DIR and WP:LIST). So it certainly doesn't need a separate article to contain that information.
  • If a number of people tend to revert your edits, there's a good chance that what you're doing is probably wrong - read their edit summaries to find out why, or ask them on their talk pages. Don't just revert again.
  • If you can promise to take this advice, I could consider unblocking you. Please reply here. Thanks, Black Kite 11:13, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
Hi Black Kite! Thanks for advising me. I know now the essence that only notable people could have their own article. I promise with all of my heart that I will never do that again. And promise that I will avoid doing such things in the near future. Thanks for your kind heart. --The Wandering Traveler (talk) 12:41, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
OK. I have unblocked you. Please note though that any repeat of the behaviour that has now seen you blocked twice will mean an indefinite block. Black Kite 17:11, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

Autoblock #1355096 lifted.

Request handled by: -- lucasbfr talk 13:42, 16 March 2009 (UTC)

Unblocking administrator: Please check for active autoblocks on this user after accepting the unblock request.

{{unblock|I was autoblocked by Wikipedia because my account was previously blocked by Black Kite. He lifted the block like what he said above earlier this day, but when I now began to edit article this time, it said that i was autoblocked. Why did this thing happened? I do not know why, but Black Kite lifted the block this day. Thanks.}}

Done, sorry for the inconvenience! -- lucasbfr talk 13:42, 16 March 2009 (UTC)

Help

Please, somebody explain to me this blocked notice above. I cannot fully understand what these admins want me to do, they want me to communicate, etc. Or I they are accusing me of evasion. Please, and kindly read the referenced link made by the blocker above. Please help me what to do. And explain it in simplest English as possible. I do not want somebody scold me here, I want somebody that will explain it to me modestly.--The Wandering Traveler (talk) 07:12, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

They blocked you (again) because you evaded your previous block (and according to Black Kite, you engaged in the same sort of activity for the second time that got you block the first time). See WP:EVADE. Killiondude (talk) 07:54, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
How do I know? Do you think I made some blockable behavior that will lead to another block?--The Wandering Traveler (talk) 07:57, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
Yes. You evaded a block (you admitted it) which is a blockable offense. Additionally Black Kite said you engaged in edit warring and such (read the thread above). Killiondude (talk) 08:02, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
Yes, I know. But how can I do that I address the nonsense behavior that I did when I was User:Johnlemartirao? You may want to read my message to Black Kite below. Thanks for further help, though I appeared to be naughty for asking too much.--The Wandering Traveler (talk) 08:04, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
Look at WP:INDEF. I'm not an admin myself, but it seems if they feel you won't break policy again (according to that link) they might unblock you. Read the block template (above) and it tells you how to request for your block to be lifted. Killiondude (talk) 08:16, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

Infobox placement

Per Wikipedia:Manual of Style (infoboxes), they are designed to present summary information about an article's subject. Therefore, the infobox about Valenzuela City is perfectly appropriate for the article about the city itself, namely Valenzuela City, but it is not appropriate for other articles that are indirectly related to the city. For example, the infobox on the Manila article only appears on that single article, and not on any of the dozens of articles in Category:Manila. Please follow this standard Wikipedia style convention for the articles you work on. Thanks — Andrwsc (talk · contribs) 19:08, 16 March 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion request on Punturin, Valenzuela City

Hi there! I've declined your speedy delete request on Punturin, Valenzuela City, as geographic places are not a category that can be speedily deleted. Please don't add more requests for speedy deletions as this is not a valid category. You can see all the valid categories at WP:CSD. Thanks. --GedUK  15:25, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

I've changed the deletion request. The barangay has no notability asserted, and in fact, I am living to that specific Valenzuela City. Those barangays Punturin and Bignay has no valid notability and still they do not gain fame that these barangays need spin-out. It is not useful to have them their own article/s here in WIkipedia.--The Wandering Traveler (talk) 04:18, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
Hi! Sorry, i'm obviously not being clear. There is no category under Speedy Deletion that covers geographic areas. If you want these two articles to be deleted, then you need to PROD them where if unopposed they can be deleted after 5 days, or take them to Article for Deletion where the community will discuss them. Thanks. --GedUK  07:43, 23 March 2009 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:IskWiki!_mainpage_march2009.png)

Thanks for uploading File:IskWiki!_mainpage_march2009.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Melesse (talk) 10:57, 24 March 2009 (UTC)
