Hi Jacques-Yves Cousteau, there is no built in way but there is a labs tool I've used https://tools.wmflabs.org/commonshelper/ - The main issue is always copyright/licencing on commons. It's unclear from the Russian version where the image is from and it has been flagged for deletion. If you think it's freely licenced then the tool should work, and if not the easiest way is to just upload again using the Commons UploadWizard.
