You seem to be older Wikipedian than me over here but less regular isn't it? May be you are already taking care but still as matter of due care I would like to suggest following.

a) to avoid writing on persons too close to you and institutions you yourself work for. If you are related to some one or institution, always ask some one else to reedit such drafts before submitting in main space. Because wikipedia expects avoiding 'conflict of interest' and being a researcher you are already likely to know importance of the same in knowledge segment.

b) Preferably use independent and credible secondary sources.

It is quite likely you are already taking care of the above things. I felt to share these tips for your smooth sailing in Wikipedia editing in times to come.

Last but not least by chance do you know Dari language then please let me know, may be I can request some encyclopedic help.

You are from technologies side and encyclopedic work in that side too is equally important, so I will avoid much of my humanities related requests but one info is needed from history of Dari language.

I do have a linguistics related article Draft:Aurat (word) As you know some languages (like Urdu/ Hindi) use word 'Aurat' for 'women' in South Asia and some other languages neighboring Iran too. From other refs, it seems most probably word traveled through Persian language in medieval times (to neighboring languages), while then center of political power had influences from Dari language area. So I am looking for inputs in the article Draft:Aurat (word) from historical linguistics point of view. I know you are from technology side but by any chance if you come across any academic information from Iranian or Afghan universities regarding the word Aurat at any point of time then please do help in updating the article Draft:Aurat (word) with relevant references.

@BookkuYour welcome. No worries. Fortunately I know Urdu/Hindi and Persian/Dari Language is my native language, also daily level of Arabic.
In general Aurat is said to be vulnerable to anything that is subject to supervision. In Islamic culture (Persian, Arabic, Urdu which i know), an Aurat refers to the points of the human body (women and men) that need to be covered by a non-mahram. The boundaries of Aurat are different in different Islamic religions (such as Islam and Judaism). Traditionally Aurat is referred to women in Pakistan, and refers to all points of the women body except face in Afghanistan. But as per Taliban ideology Aurat is all women body including face, but there is arguments over this points.
The Aurat of man, according to Sunni scholars, are considered to be the only private part of body. So both men and women have aurat parts.

Because that will be considered independent source.
  • Do not copy paste content even written in your own research paper unless in the research paper it self is making clear needful declaration matching copyright free expectations of Wikipedia. If such declaration does not exist then you will need to rewrite even your own write up too in different words of course for other content too always rewrite in your own words but give reference from which you are sourcing
  • As a researcher sister project Wikiversity may be easier for you to contribute your own research, you can invite another co researcher there for review and publish it.
  • Btw, as such I was expecting deletion discussion at some point of time. (That is why I had requested that other user for review help in advance if you remember). As a researcher it is not limitation of yours, but it is Wikipedia's structural problem. In a private encyclopedia another subject expert will review, make the topic understandable for average audience or at least to students of that stream and accommodate the content, if your content is worth while for that field of knowledge. Since any one can edit Wikipedia and Wikipedians generally do not have subject domain knowledge Wikipedia rules depend upon how much coverage for the topic is there in other independent sources.
  • Taking expected things I had given some tips earlier to you those too you may keep in mind. I hope my tips would help you in some way.

@ Jawad Haqbeen, I re reviewed your article, it is not that technical as I thought initially I would be able to handle encyclopedic entry.

  • Journal references, UN agency reports and The Asahi Shimbun , CNET news reports seem valid references to develop a stub article.
  • I recommend you to delete references of Municipal corporations websites and advertorials those being influenced sources and not editorially monitored secondary sources.
  • It will take a week or so to accomplish the task for me looking at the other tasks on my hand

Greetings again, Just have look @ deletion discussion and see if you have any points to add there. Usually 'deletionists' lobbies do have an upper hand in Wikipedia. If it gets deleted and that seems quite probable, then we will need to think of merging content in other relevant articles, if possible.

Alternatively I would suggest you to take your article content to 'Wikiversity', if you like to since there you won't face same hassles you are facing here.

Also Wikipedia language projects are independent of English Wikipedia so you can try translating the article in other languages Wikipedia if possible.

Thank you very much for the time and effort, I really appreciate it.
Don't worry. We did our best to ensure to constructively argue with them and convince them to think about its stay and keep but if article gets deleted no problem.
I don't really understand what does significant coverage means. D-Agree has been reported to more than 100 scientific and media venues.
Recently its demo video accepted and nominated for the most beneficial video for society award at IJCIA/ECAI , 2022.

@ Jawad Haqbeen, You are already an expert 'crowd sourcing dependent software platform for public utility'; and Wikipedia too is a platform using crowd sourcing for (a little different kind of) public utility. So to the minimum your experience will help you writing a research paper on Wikipedia, and I am not joking but would seriously suggest so. And if at all you decide write at any point of time let me know I would be happy to share more inputs with you.

Most probably you might be a little tired by now but just for research and record purpose, if possible, I wish to take the deletion discussion through one more discussion round @ WP:DRN since WP:GNG states ".. "Significant coverage" addresses the topic directly and in detail, so that no original research is needed to extract the content. Significant coverage is more than a trivial mention, but it does not need to be the main topic of the source material. .." here is differentiation how we look @ Paragraph in UN report, which according to us supposed to suffice for a stub article.

Meanwhile I have sought help @ humanities discussion board, for info regarding existing article names about 'public utility products or services', specifically launched and supported by any public university.

@Bookku Look this was also one of Kyoto University project and has only with five references (three Prof. Toru own publication and two his NPO site) has sufficed for a stub article. Now the question is that why one of our university project with only five reference can be accepted for a stub article and another project which has enough reference can not. I will make it the article much shorter like stub un till we complete WP:DRN . I think it takes more to make the article encyclopedic and then Wikipedia has many rules and many inflexibiles too.

I have updated the article D-Agree as stub article. (I have requested grammar related copy edit support to some users and also submitted updated comment at the relevant deletion discussion).

Irrespective of subjectivity of individual English language Wikipedian's usually my latest update is supposed to pass as acceptable stub to most other language Wikipedias like Persian, Urdu, Pashto and Japanese. Since you are likely to know later two languages closely enough I will advice you to translate the article D-Agree into Japanese Wikipedia and Pashto language Wikipedia and also to other languages later on.

Since result of deletion discussion is unknown, I copy pasted present stub version of the article to earlier mentioned sand box in your user space. So if at all English Wikipedia article gets deleted still it would be possible to translate the same in other language Wikipedias

  • NTT is unlikely to work since they seem to be partners so unlikely to be considered as independent.
  • Nikkan, I could not see entire article, may be since I do not know Japanese and Goggle translate did not work directly on that site. *
  • Your interview @ NHK is considered primary source again Wikipedians are usually are reluctant to accept audio and video as sources
  • The last one to seems interview considered primary source so not enough for confirming notability
  • * You might feel some of these rules strange, by now is you are thinking in this much effort you could have written a research paper or trained employees of two more municipal corporations then that is not entirely wrong. That is Wikipedia's structural limitation as I said earlier.

Thank you for the swift response. Nikkan requires subscription to read full article. The main cause to continue this argument is that despite that D-Agree noted at least by two top leading Japanese newspaper (Asahi and Nikkan) and UN report, it considered non-notable which is very funny.
