- Because you have to establish notability for them. We can't take your word for it. You have to prove it with verifiable sources. How are they famous? You have to show it in an article itself. - There is no place to attach articles or any photo proof - just a place to edit/type and before deleting is it not wiki team responsibility to just go google or any refrence they trust on and see if name is valid ? - Hello, 2A02:CB80 [etc]. Marco White is a chef. He has an article, Marco Pierre White, because the people who took the trouble to create it cited a number of newspaper articles, magazine articles, etc that, when added up, constitute evidence for his notability. If you are sure that you would be able to cite evidence (of course from reliable sources) that, when added up, would constitute evidence for the notability of Sanjay Thakur, you're welcome to create Draft:Sanjay Thakur.
