Hello Jay. Thank you for your contributions to coldwater fish. However, you have added a lot of examples, but you have not provided any citations. Can you provide a reliable source for the addition you made? For example, if you were copying the list from a book, you xan add the book as your reference. If on the other hand, you are an expert on coldwater fish, and were just adding fish from the top of your head, then you are presumably expert enough to know where these fish are listed in the literature. Hello Geronimo. I copied the majority of the freshwater aquarium list from a fishkeeping magazine with supplements from my own knowledge, the freshwater pond one was just a compilation of species I'd got from websites and books, and the marine aquarium one was purely from websites. However, I am a real newbie to Wikipedia, and I don't really know how to add a citation, I clicked the link in your comment, but I still don't understand. Thanks for the notification. If the magazine is a well established magazine, it would be okay as a source. Likewise, the books are probably okay as well. The websites may be okay if they are, for example, university or government websites, such as NOAA, or websites belongiing to reputable NGO's, such as the Sea Around Us. However , blogs and personal or commercial websites usually don't count. Create a section called "References" just before the "External links" section, and just list the details of your main references there as best as you can (two or three will do, and say which section of fishes the reference belongs to). Then I will reformat them so you can see how it is done. Feel free to ask me about things. The article is on my watchlist, so I will know when you edit it. Sorry, I reverted without realizing it wasn't another revert from you, and unlike you, I wanted to offer a reason: Many languages are spoken in many places, so why single out French? Apologies for the reverts, it was accidental because I don't fully understand how to use Wikipedia. I singled out French as there are many French immersion schools in Louisiana, the French language has been in Louisiana for centuries, French has large cultural importance in the state, there is bilingual signage in many parts of the state and an act was passed by state legislature in 2011 meaning that the state government would try to identify employees proficient in French and take steps in providing services in French to Francophone locals and visitors.--Jay942942 (talk) 16:50, 21 May 2012 (UTC)

Singling out French that way in the infobox, without giving a reason there (and indeed, without space to give a reason, because it's an infobox) would, I think, confuse readers. Internal links to color words

Hello, Jay942942. You recently edited Liberal Democrats, adding internal links to the words "yellow" and "orange" in the infobox. The word orange has many meanings, and the page at that title is a disambiguation page.

In addition, everyday words that can be easily understood should in general not be linked, unless the pages so linked are on similar topics. Most English speakers can understand the words yellow and orange, and discussion of the colors is probably not of interest to encyclopedia users reading about the Liberal Democrats. Alt-Right template

I will have to request you undo the reversion of my deletion of Milo Yiannopolous. This is the second time my edit was reverted without a citation of why Milo should be considered a member of the Alt-Right. He personally disavows the Alt-Right, and the Alt-Right disavows him. Your revert to Law and Justice seemed not neutral to me, so I reverted it for now. You have provided some news articles for PiS being right-wing. Did you see on the talk page, that there are just over 4 thousand news describing PiS as "Conservative" centre-right? In addition I have provided there more than 30 exemplary sources from all types of media incl. governments/insitutions/science/public and private media/wikipedia articles describing PiS as conservative. I didn't add any personal view or original research, nor do I have such an animus - in fact, over the last few years on several articles regarding nationalist or right-wing politics I have advocated for removing or tempering the excessive "far right" labels that were present on Wikipedia a few years ago. All I did on the Likud article was remove a "majority" subheading after another editor removed a "minority" subheading - which is the reasonable thing to do in such a situation, and neither "majority" nor "minority" are mentioned in sources. Hi. I see you are keen on labelling disparate historical parties as "national conservative" in the infobox (WP:UNDUE at best, unsourced most of the time), even when it is clearly not the dominating label in sources providing a holistic treatment in depth about the political parties concerned. Is there a reason for it? I can only come to think about a dogwistle I am not yet able to hear or putting the overarching interest of a fictional "national conservatism" wikiproject ahead of the quality of the individual articles as possible rationales, but surely there needs to be another reason...
