The article Sanjay Vazirani has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
A company profile/biography hybrid which entirely fails to demonstrate the notability of the individual per Wikipedia:Notability (people), or the company per Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies). The sourcing is abysmal - e.g. citing Forbes' India paid-for content - and the hybrid structure is contrary to encyclopaedic practice.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Falsification of sources[edit]
Consider this your only warning. If I see any more edits by you engaging in such blatant falsification of sources as I have had to remove here, [1] I will have no hesitation in calling for you to be permanently blocked from Wikipedia. It should be entirely obvious to anyone that for a source to be cited regarding an award, it is necessary for the source to actually state that the award was indeed given. And I'd strongly advise reading WP:RS regarding appropriate sourcing - paid-for content (e.g. Forbes India) is entirely unacceptable, and many of the remaining sources appear to be promotional fluff.
