Hi, just a quick friendly reminder, I notice you started this GA review a while back, and might have forgotten it. (incidentally, I wonder if this fails on quickfail guideline #5? shooter is in jail, awaiting trial soon, etc? up to you) Aaron north (T/C) 04:24, 1 November 2010 (UTC)

Yes I know about it, thank you for the reminder, that is what I am investigating. Also I wonder if soon after trial the shooter is convicted there will be a dispute and the page may be unstable. Not sure. I am looking into it. Thanks!  JoeGazz  ▲  19:41, 1 November 2010 (UTC)

Thank you for reviewing and submitting Michael Colina article (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Pngiles/Michael_Colina). Where is the photo? Do we need to re-upload it??Pngiles (talk) 15:52, 2 November 2010 (UTC)

It was not there when I moved the article. Thanks.  JoeGazz  ▲  16:03, 2 November 2010 (UTC)

Updates on AALERTS?

What's the situation? Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 16:13, 2 November 2010 (UTC)

Hey nice to talk to you again, it is in the process of being compiled, Awaiting response from Legoktm of what was used to compile it before since when tried to run it is said that the JAR is invalid.  JoeGazz  ▲  16:21, 2 November 2010 (UTC)
You were compiling it a few days ago? What's the situation now? Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 12:24, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
Still working on compiling. I was unavailable over the weekend, so that slowed things down a bit. Arlen22 (talk) 13:15, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
Another issue is the fact that there is an error arising when compile is told to midify the MANIFEST. There were issues within some other codes, (very minor) when I ran a check too so.  JoeGazz  ▲  21:18, 8 November 2010 (UTC)

Trying to create wiki page for 101st Combat Aviation Brigade

We are probably one of the most recognizable military aviation units in the world. I added pretty reputable links to the page in hopes of making it 'verifiable'. What can I do to get this page completed?

L.A.D.S ARTICLE

I submitted an article to be published and you declined it. just wondering why? I found another punk gang of the same era on here called F.F.F. They are good friends with the LADS and are exactly the same type of gang. Just wondering why they can be on here but not the LADS? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Spookyloke (talkcontribs) 23:28, 9 November 2010 (UTC)

Hello, please provide a link. I do not remember that article.  JoeGazz  ▲  02:24, 10 November 2010 (UTC)

Talk:Technological utopianism

Thanks for pointing out my failure to add an edit summary on the talk page, your suggestion of using the sandbox is also a good idea. I didn't really think such things mattered too much for the talk page especially because only myself and Loremaster are editing the Article. We are having a lengthy discussion and my recent response to Loremaster on the talk page was a constructive edit therefore I undid your revert, and I also subsequently added an edit summary regarding my reply to Loremaster. I hope that's OK now? Talk:Technological utopianism user: JackBlack86.184.246.85 (talk) 01:25, 14 November 2010 (UTC)

Greetings from the Guild of Copy Editors Backlog Elimination Drive!

GOCE November 2010 backlog elimination drive progress graphs

We have reached the midway point in our backlog elimination drive, so here is an update.

Participation report — The November drive has 53 participants at this point. We had 77 participants in the September drive. In July, 95 people signed up for the drive, and in May we had 36. If you are not participating, it is not too late to join!

Progress report — The drive is quite successful so far, as we have already almost reached our target of a 10% reduction in the number of articles in the backlog. We are doing very well at keeping our Requests page clear, as those articles count double for word count for this drive.

Please keep in mind the possibility of removing other tags when you are finished with an article. If the article no longer needs {{cleanup}}, {{wikify}}, or other similar maintenance tags, please remove them, as this will make the tasks of other WikiProjects easier to complete. Thanks very much for participating in the Drive, and see you at the finish line!

ACC Request

This is the required edit for ACC.  JoeGazz  ▲  19:32, 21 November 2010 (UTC)

Edit for ACC Request edit summary.
Thank you for applying to access the account creation tool. I have approved your request so welcome to the team. You may now access the tool here. Before you do so, please read the tool's guide thoroughly to familiarize yourself with the process.
You may also want to join #wikipedia-en-accounts on IRC where a bot informs us when new account requests come in and to get any advice on requests as well as the mailing list. Please note that we have implemented a policy of zero tolerance on mishandled requests, and that failure to assess correctly will result in suspension. I would like to emphasize that it is not a race to complete a request, and each one should be handled diligently and thoroughly.
Currently you are allowed to create up to six accounts per day, although you won't be able to create an account with a similar name to that of another user; these requests are marked "Account Creator Needed" by the bot and "Flagged user needed" in the tool. However, if you reach the limit frequently, you can request the account creator permission at WP:PERM.
Please keep in mind that the ACC tool is a powerful program, and misuse will result in your access being suspended by a tool administrator. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any questions. Thank you for participating in the account creation process. Again welcome! --Alexandr Dmitri (talk) 20:00, 21 November 2010 (UTC)

RFP in Test Wikipedia

Can you look over and accept/deny my RFP on the Test Wiki here [1] Tofutwitch11-Chat -How'd I do? 21:42, 21 November 2010 (UTC)

Just to let you know

Hi. I read your message about no talkback templates (I can see how they'd get annoying), but I wanted to let you know that I responded to your post. I wasn't sure if you'd get my message. If I am wrong, and you are watching my page, then I apologize. CreativeSoul7981 (talk) 01:32, 22 November 2010 (UTC)

I am not sure why, but a discussion was moved from my talk page to the Generation X talk page. The editor, Peregrine981, was the one who moved the discussion to my page. I do not really have a problem with this, but shouldn't you have let me and Peregrine981 know first? I do not know Wikipedia rules regarding this subject. Please leave a talkback template. Thanks. CreativeSoul7981 (talk) 02:25, 22 November 2010 (UTC)

It was moved because when an article is being discussed and for proper consensus it needs to be recorded on the talk page of the article so it is archived. I did let you know.  JoeGazz  ▲  12:11, 22 November 2010 (UTC)

Confederate States of America

I saw you interest in joining a project to further the scope of CSA article. I was thinking of having a task force instead of an entire project as there seems to be a lot of overlapping WikiProjects anyways. I was wondering if you would still be interested in joining this task force?

A few suggestions for parent projects were Military History, American Civil War, and North America. I was leaning towards the latter as the CSA goes beyond simply the war. All advice would be appreciated.(Lihaas (talk) 02:29, 22 November 2010 (UTC)).

Hi, I appreciate the request, I am very busy at the moment however, I will join after my real life schedule clears up. Thanks 12:09, 22 November 2010 (UTC)
