Improving your articles

Hi a couple of pieces of advice. Firstly, start every paragraph of text on the left. Don’t leave a space, or your text appears in a grey box. Secondly, you need to format your references. When you’re editing you’ll see a toolbar at the top of your screen you’ll see a “Cite” menu. Hit that and it brings up options including “Templates”. Links to draft articles

Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to Cao Lang Province. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. Hi I see you’re getting a lot of articles moved back to draft space. I reviewed and passed one of your articles, Cao Lang Province, last week. The reason that one passed and these others aren’t passing is because you provided proper sources for Cao Lang Province. If you want to get your other articles out of draft space into the main encyclopaedia, you need to provide proper sources as you did for that one. Categories in draft articles

Please "de-activate" categories in draft articles. There are two common ways to do this. One is to put a colon, :, before the word Category, so the category name looks like [[:Category:Example category]]. The other is to use Template:Draft categories. I have already fixed up Draft:We Baby Bears for you.

Also, {{DISPLAYTITLE}} has a very limited use, see WP:DISPLAYTITLE for details. If you want to italicize an entire title, consider using Template:Italic title instead. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 🎄 21:03, 30 December 2020 (UTC)
