Regarding Speedy Deletion
Hello, Jsmithn22. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia.
I'm sorry, but this has been deleted as meeting WP:CSD#G11. "This applies to pages that are exclusively promotional and would need to be fundamentally rewritten to conform with Wikipedia:NOTFORPROMOTION." These must be rewritten from scratch from "reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject." See WP:RS. For more information on my criteria for deleting under G11, click User:Dlohcierekim/promo
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources providing verifiable information. That generally means someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Please see Wikipedia:Citing sources . Template:cite has templates you can use in citing your sources. Place the template {{references}} at the bottom of the page, and references cited in the text will appear there.

A tag has been placed on File:Jenniferlobo4 2.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi! If you want to donate an image to the Wikimedia projects, please upload it (complete with the EXIF data) to Wikimedia Commons and then go here to generate a release of permission. Thank you, Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 17:59, 5 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I see that the photograph in this page, obviously taken in the same session, is credited to Vitor Somari/Divulgação. Could you please explain how the image I have deleted could have been your own work?
I also see that you have a fairly long history of uploading images that are (or appear to be) copyright violations. Please be warned that if it happens again, your editing privileges may be indefinitely suspended. Thanks, Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 19:09, 5 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

File:Hebertneri.jpg listed for discussion[edit]

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:Hebertneri.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Files for discussion. Please see the discussion to see why it has been listed (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry). Feel free to add your opinion on the matter below the nomination. Thank you. Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 18:03, 5 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hebert Neri moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Hebert Neri, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your page to draft space (with a prefix of Draft: before the article title) where you can work on it with minimal disruption. When you feel that it meets our notability and neutrality requirements, and is thus ready for mainspace, please submit it using the Articles for Creation template on the page. Conflict of interest?[edit]

You wrote here: "Fabiano de Abreu Source: MF Press Global / Hebert Neri This is my own work". That very strongly suggests that you have some connection to MF Press Global and/or its owner. If so, you should disclose it. Please note that our Terms of Use state that "you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation." An editor who contributes as part of his or her paid employment is required to disclose that fact. If you are receiving, or expect to receive, monetary or other benefits or considerations from editing Wikipedia as a representative of an organization (as an employee or contractor; as an employee or contractor of a firm hired by that organization for public-relations purposes; as owner, officer or other stakeholder; or by having some other form of close financial relationship with a topic you wish to write about), then you must disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Jsmithn22. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Jsmithn22|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please say so, here on this page. Otherwise, please make the required disclosure. In either case, please do not edit further until you have answered this message.

Would you also please clarify what connection, if any, you have to Wikipedia editors Hfneri and Paulojr34. Thank you, Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 18:55, 5 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again! Perhaps you didn't bother to read this, specifically where I wrote "please do not edit further until you have answered this message"? Anyway, please read this carefully:

WARNING: If you make any further edit to any page other than this one without first having answered the question above, you can expect your editing privileges to be indefinitely suspended. This is a collaborative environment, and communication is required.

Thanks, Justlettersandnumbers (talk) 19:53, 5 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I do not know Fabiano de Abreu in person. I just follow his work. I may be made a mistake publishing that photo as my own work. I do not work in his company neither I'm affiliated to him. I do not have nay connection to those wiki users too. Jsmithn22 (talk) 19:33, 24 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Jsmithn22, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community. Bishal Shrestha (talk) 08:37, 12 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
