Incorrect Image Tags[edit]

Please do not upload images you find on the internet as "GFDL licensed" unless they actually have that license. Just because you found it on a website does not give you the right to upload it here. Hi, glad to assist. Unfortunately, Wikipedia's copyright policies do not permit us to re-use images we happen to find online unless permission is obtained from the copyright holder. Fortunately, over a million public domain images can be found at Wikimedia Commons. If they do not have what you need, you could write to the websites where you found the images asking for permission. There's a lot of information on that process here. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL.
