I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

How to update information[edit]

Hello!

Is there a way to update information about our school? I work for The King's Academy and noticed that some of the information is out of date. Can I edit the content and cite it all back to the school's website that has the most recent information? Just all factual information.

As you state you work in the PR department, you are required by Wikipedia's Terms of Use to formally comply with the paid editing policy and declare that status. You should also review the conflict of interest policy.
Please understand that Wikipedia is not interested in what an article subject wants to say about itself. Wikipedia exists to summarize what independent reliable sources state about article subjects. To be frank- and I apologize- your additions read like a PR brochure about the school. Content like your school's "mission" cannot be independently verified, as the school can change its mission at any time. Unless outside sources discuss the extracurricular activities of the school, they shouldn't be mentioned here.
You are welcome to propose changes on the article talk page, Talk:The King's Academy (California), in the form of edit requests(click for instructions). This way independent editors can evaluate them. 331dot (talk) 18:58, 28 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The school website is not an independent reliable source and can't be used to cite everything you want to put. It can be used for information like the number of students, but that's pretty much it. Dubious[edit]

Please help me with... Hello. It appears that the Controversy section of The King's Academy(California) does not follow the guidelines for most of it's statements in that section except the sentence that says, "Their nondiscrimination policy does not protect students of differing religions, sexualities, or gender identities. [6]. The other sentences seem to be opinion, and do not follow the guidelines of being neutral, verifiable, unbiased, with reliable sources. After reading the information on how to address this, it appears that bringing this up here is the first step. Can you confirm? Thank you.

You are asking for help in what amounts to a content dispute, which is not a valid use of the {{help me}} template. You may raise your question on the talk page of the article concerned or on the talk page of one (only one to begin with, so choose the most appropriate one) of the WikiProjects that have tagged the article, if any. If you can't seem to get attention in one of these ways, it may be necessary to post at the appropriate notice board, WP:NPOVN.
