Jon Schillaci

Hi! The point I'm trying to make is tha pedophilia is different than homosexuality. The man's undoubtedly a pedophile - preying on children. That doesn't make him gay. He belongs in the pedophile category - Category:American convicted child molesters - but not the LGBT category. What I'm saying is Schillaci had sex with a BOY. That's an entirely different thing than having sex with a MAN. Having sex with a boy is about power and domination OVER someone - doesn't really matter the gender. That's what pedophilia is.

Having a relationship (sexual or otherwise) with a man when you're a man - that's what homosexuality is.

SatyrTN you couldn't be more wrong. Paedophiles may be either heterosexual, homosexual or bisexual. He's a homosexual paedophile, simply. Read up on Pedophilia and get your facts straight. Thanks for uploading Image:Darren Mack.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Re: copyright problems

Hi Karppinen, an unfree pic isn't used to for a living person if it's possible to get a free one - see WP:NFCC #1. Non-free pics can only be used if they meet all the 10 criteria in WP:NFCC. For Debra Lafave, she's still alive so it should be possible to get a free pic. With Darren Mack, he's spending life in prison so I highly doubt it's possible to get a free pic. In that case I can undelete the file, but you have to give the source and say why it's irreplaceable by a free image. Spellcast (talk) 05:35, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

Copyright violation

You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but according to WP:MUSIC, albums by a notable band are pretty much guaranteed notability themselves. The ones you've nominated here appear to have been primiarily major-label releases, and I'm sure they were the subject of reliable third party sources. Since the Associated Press own this Jon Schillaci pic, it has monetary value (see WP:NFCC #2), so it probably isn't needed.
