Port Elizabeth monumets[edit]

Thanks. I aim to fill in all the P.E. blanks for you (except for photos of sites in Bethelsdorp as that is a bit out of my way). I am still not sure how the whole wiki system works as far as placing photos goes; how to reply to comments etc. So please let me know if I do anything incorrect.
