This has been done because the article appears to be a recreation, under a different title, of an article which is itself currently protected against recreation. Hi Khabargozari mehr, a discussion has already taken place to delete this article. I moved your work to draftspace (Draft:Navid Faridi) if you have more sources for the topic, but as of now, the consensus was to delete the article. You can continue to add sources at the draft, but I do not expect the sources to be sufficient for keeping the article and the draft article should not be used as a proxy for the deletion discussion, which already closed with consensus to delete.
