@217.187.204.196: I don't get what you're talking about, anon. I reverted your edit because it was a bunch of derogatory nonsense. Dakar (talk) 13:29, 29 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Epimysium[edit]

Hi :) I'm sorry - not very good at this stuff.. I changed the Epimysium from dense regular to dense irregular. I think you have made a mistake if you changed it back to regular. It is only in a regular manner at the tendon, while it is covering the muscle it is constructed in an irregular nature.

Cheers :) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.73.52.187 (talkcontribs)

Hrm- my book omits that information. However, I'll just try to find other sources to back this up. Thanks for informing me. Dakar (talk) 08:53, 27 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Could you present proof on that fact? I have not been able to find any sources claiming such. Dakar (talk) 09:29, 27 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Never mind- looks like I made a mistake. Sorry! Dakar (talk) 02:33, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Recent reversion[edit]

@Dakarias: I made the same error as you. User talk:2602:301:77D2:15E0:E893:3F67:2257:E50 is being changed by the user, and thus, isn't vandalism. We can clear our own talkpages. Just fair warning Spartan7W § 02:06, 28 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Spartan7W: Ahh, these IPs are so easy to confuse... Sorry about that! Dakar (talk) 02:07, 28 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Plus, this user was using another similar IP before, so the cloud of doing what seemed right ended up being technically wrong. Spartan7W § 02:09, 28 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Nakamura Gunio requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about something invented/coined/discovered by the article's creator or someone they know personally, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Ripley's Believe It or Not! episodes[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Dakarias. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to List of Ripley's Believe It or Not! episodes (1982–86) because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Dakar (talk) 01:26, 30 July 2015 (UTC) Nope, it is certainly not an ad. It is an artist and she appeared in an episode over 30 years ago. No different from other people, places, and events with links that show they do exist. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dangerbugs77 (talkcontribs)

Just looked it up, you're right- sorry, was a bit suspicious because of all the ref link changing. Dakar (talk) 11:57, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You can't imagine how thrilled I was to see that someone came along and updated this article. It's one of the most involved things I ever done in Wikipedia. I had been sweating it out ever I hit the "Save page" button. Thank you so much! Chango369w (talk) 06:14, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. I just wish I could find more info about the chemical. Dakar (talk) 09:49, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:KatieRainHill.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Copied from: File talk:KatieRainHill.jpg

According to the site I got it from (Simon and Schuster CA author page of Katie Rain Hill), Any use of an author photo must include its respective photo credit. Is this a violation of that? Dakar (talk) 13:01, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You have applied a license off "This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License." That is simply untrue. There is nothing on the page stating that the image has been released under such a license by Simon & Schuster. In particular, the Terms of Use outlines what you may do with the material, and it most certainly is not a CC-BY-SA 3.0 license. Regards. -- Whpq (talk) 13:14, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, pretty sure it's CC BY-NC-ND (isn't it?). I suppose it can be deleted, then. I'll just have to find a CC BY or similarly licensed image. Dakar (talk) 13:21, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
It's not any creative commons license. It's their own license with their own specific terms. -- Whpq (talk) 13:27, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I'm an idiot, then. I've never uploaded a non free-to-use image from a source before, so I get tangled up in all these licenses. You have my apology. Dakar (talk) 13:34, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

AN July 2015[edit]

Hi. I've mentioned you in a discussion at WP:AN#Moves and page creations by Tobias Conradi socks. I don't mean to make an accusation, just to point out that your editing pattern is broadly similar to a number of other editors who have been problematic. It would be useful if you could contribute to that discussion. GoldenRing (talk) 12:11, 31 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

In case you're concerned[edit]

I can tell you're not a Tobias Conradi sock, so don't feel like there's some cloud of suspicion around you. Just having moved several pages doesn't in and of itself mean anything, Conradi socks have a very distinct pattern that looks nothing like what you've done (i.e. clean up obvious mistakes). Well, thanks. I was kinda worried about being framed for something I didn't do ^^; (even if everything would be cleared up by a CheckUser)  Dakar  yammer

Disambiguation link notification for August 3[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited CJ Entus, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page IEM. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Not nonsense[edit]

You tagged 厦门阿土哥空调设备有限公司 as nonsense ({{db-nonsense}}), but this tag states that the associated criterion (WP:CSD#G1) specifically excludes pages not written in English. The page in question is written in good enough Chinese for Google translate to make sense of it, so it is clearly not nonsense. Please be careful in applying the correct (or no) deletion tag to articles. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 02:01, 4 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

CJ Entus[edit]

Before you put all of this work into translating this article, are you sure it has enough reliable, secondary sources to stick? It's all unsourced right now. What matters more than all of its content is whether there are reliable, secondary sources (major publications) that discuss this team in depth. – czar 02:01, 4 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Pretty sure there are, since I'm bookmarking major esports journals. Dakaryammer

Where is that list? Not all major esports journals are reliable, independent sources (?) – czar 02:11, 4 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The journal currently next on my list is ESL Gaming's official esports magazine. I'm continuously improving the list, and removed half the sources I had because I thought they were a bit skewed towards a certain team. Dakaryammer
