Thank you for the prompt response, unfortunately there is no free equivalent file to replace it with, there are various images taken on that day but all of which belong to the "MANDELA RHODES FOUNDATION", I had attempted to get their consent to but they were unwilling to release it (or any of their related media) under "Creative Commons" or any other free licence but sent me the following email:

"To Whom It May Concern

This is to confirm that The Mandela Rhodes Foundation is the sole owner of the exclusive copyright of the image of Pie-Pacifique Kabalira-Uwase and Nelson Mandela and agrees to its use for the sole purpose of illustrating an entry about Mr Kabalira-Uwase on the Wikipedia website. This usage is conditional on the image being credited as follows: PICTURE COURTESY AND COPYRIGHT OF THE MANDELA RHODES FOUNDATION."

And as a result of this I then re-uploaded the image with the tags it now has. Unfortunately I cannot create new media to replace this one as one of the subjects in the picture(Nelson Mandela) has passed on and again all media of "THE MANDELA RHODES FOUNDATION" is copyright by/to them. It is indeed unfortunate that this organization is not willing to release their images. However, that does not overcome the fact that these images are not free. It's already stated in the text that these people met, so the image of them meeting does not add additional information (fails WP:NFCC#8?) for that detail of the article subject. The subject of Pie-Pacifique is this person, so a different image of him would serve the encyclopediac purpose of illustrating him. Living people, especially ones who are engaged in public activities, could easily be photographed, meaning a non-free image fails WP:NFCC#1. DMacks (talk) 17:04, 2 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I have looked at the Neutral point of view policy and made changes to follow it where I saw fit, could you please state which specific parts of the article if any are still not neutral. Could you also state which of the listed sources are not reliable. I don't know how to resolve the "autobiography" dispute as I am not Kanyi Dhlomo nor do I have any relation to her (Except that we live in the same country) but me simply stating this is not proof and the is no evidence to show one or the other.
