File source problem with File:Tam mak hoong.jpg[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Tam mak hoong.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 15:41, 19 September 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Istcol (talk) 15:41, 19 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Fish Pa and Fish soup.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ww2censor (talk) 16:00, 19 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your image uploads[edit]

You have uploaded several food images that look very nice but they are missing two vital pieces of information; the source and the copyright licence. We need to know the source so we can check what copyright permission might apply. For the source, if you took the images yourself, please say so but if you found them on the internet please give us the url of the page where the image is located, not just the image's own URL like you did for a flickr image. We cannot find the main flickr user's page where the image is linked from; this is the page where we see the licence. All image must have a copyright licence which need to be provided. For photos that you took you can assign a public domain licence by adding the {{PD-self}} template if that is what you want or choose another free licence from here. If you found the images on the internet, most likely they are copyright and cannot be used unless they are specifically noted to be freely licenced. If you have any questions that are not answered by the links above please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Good luck. ww2censor (talk) 16:31, 19 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on File:Orlam and Kaipen.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
