A tag has been placed on LUXITUDE (disambiguation) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G6 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an orphaned disambiguation page which either

  • disambiguates two or fewer extant Wikipedia pages and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic); or
  • disambiguates no (zero) extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. - MrX 16:15, 15 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "LUXITUDE", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because LUXITUDE appears to be a name of a company or organisation. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you. Peridon (talk) 19:16, 15 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on your user page, User:LUXITUDE, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be blatant advertising which only promotes or publicises a company, product, group or service, and which is a violation of our policies regarding acceptable use of user pages; user pages are intended for active editors of Wikipedia to communicate with one another as part of the process of creating encyclopedic content, and should not be mistaken for free webhosting resources. Please read the guidelines on spam, the guidelines on user pages, and, especially, our FAQ for Organizations.

If you can indicate why the page is not blatant advertising, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: Click here to contest this speedy deletion which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy deletion candidate). Doing so will take you to your user talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also edit this page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would help make it encyclopedic. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Drm310 (talk) 20:43, 15 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Documents et al

[edit]

If it is your intention to use Wikipedia for the easy access storage of documents pertaining to a case, please be aware that Wikipedia is not a free web host (WP:NOTWEBHOST). There are plenty of places that host any sort of content freely. Here, we insist on notability (WP:GNG et al), with proof in reliable independent sources WP:RS. We do not host original documents that are used elsewhere, and if these have been published in any way, they usually are prohibited from appearing on Wikipedia - see WP:COPYVIO. We also do not host original research - please see WP:OR. I would advise reading WP:NOTHERE as well. Please also understand that Wikipedia accounts are for individuals only, and are not for organisations. Accounts must not be used by more than one person (not even husband and wife), and accounts suspected of multiple usage are usually blocked as compromised. Speedy deletion nomination of LUXITUDE (disambiguation)

[edit]

Hello LUXITUDE,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged LUXITUDE (disambiguation) for deletion, because it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Jorm (talk) 21:29, 15 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames which give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you. §FreeRangeFrogcroak 22:26, 15 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
