Copy & paste as a way of re-titling a page[edit]

Please don't copy the content of a page to a new page as a way of changing its title, as you did at Bengali writing in Arabic script. There are several reasons for that, the most important one being that doing so does not retain the page's editing history, which must be kept to comply with Wikipedia's copyright licensing terms.
